This gold form of Japanese Spikenard makes a bold statement in the garden.  New growth emerges in spring with very large, bright gold leaves.  Leaf color will become greener in deep shade and more golden with some sun exposure.  Spikes of tiny white flowers appear in summer followed by inedible, purple-black berries.
