The Cool Wave Pansy is a breakthrough for gardeners with its trailing, spreading habit.  The flowers are blue, yellow, white, and purple shades and new colors are continuing to be introduced.  The Cool Wave Series is the most cold hardy pansy, providing blooms from September through June.   To ensure hardiness, plants must be growing in the ground or take other precautions to keep the roots from freeze damage.  Plants are available for sale in early spring and fall.
