The Genie magnolia is a reblooming, saucer-type magnolia. This small, pyramidal tree delivers batches of flowers throughout the spring, summer, and early fall. The flowers start out as blackish-purple buds, opening to deep maroon, tulip-shaped blossoms. It is an ideal specimen tree for urban landscapes and yards. Slightly fragrant.
