The Decadence series of Baptisias have a great landscape presence as well as a unique flower coloration.  Deep blue foliage creates a bushy plant that is nice even when it is not in bloom.  The beautiful flower spikes open in spring to early summer and when finished blooming have decorative seed pods for the fall.  Great to use as a fresh cut flower.
