Cornus alba

Dogwood Ivory Halo

A shrub-form of dogwood known for its bright carmine-red twigs through the winter months, that create a striking contrast against new fallen snow.  Foliage is light green with creamy white edges producing a cool mint color overall.  This is a more compact form for foundation, borders, and fence lines.

  • Variegated white and green foliage
  • Attractive red twigs in winter
Growing Tips:

Leaf spots may show up on the leaves during unusually wet weather.  This is not harmful to the plant.
