Rich and zesty red, orange, and yellow colors combine to create one of fall’s most spectacular visual displays. Leathery glossy green leaves are beautiful in summer too. A rapid grower compared to other Sugar Maples. Does not like compacted, poorly drained soils. It has good resistance to summer wind, drought, heat, and is very winter hardy.
