This Heliopsis blooms from July until frost without yellow on its flowers, like other Heliopsis. The new flowers emerge intense orange-red and mature to golden-orange. It is a tall perennial that has dark green leaves with bronze highlights that is great for the back of a bed. It makes a great cut flower.
