Sweet Potatoes
Available for 2019
When planting sweet potatoes, develop rows about 3′ apart and 8-12″ high. Place plants (or slips) 10-18″ apart on top of the row by using a stick or narrow trowel to place the plant. Water in the slip with a solution of Fertilome Blooming & Rooting Fertilizer and firm up soil when done. Mulch or straw can be used to hold soil in place and retain moisture.
